Freelin-Wade's Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) tubing utilizes a nontoxic material with an added plasticizer for improved flexibility and corrosion resistance. The factory pioneered the use of this environmentally friendly material in the plastic tubing industry.
Freelin-Wade's Reinforced Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) tubing features an open-weave inner braid, making it tough enough for applications with working pressures up to 250 psi. The smooth-bore, full-flow I.D. dimensions are sized to fit standard commercial barbed fittings.
Both the clear vinyl tubing and the reinforced hose feature a smooth interior and exterior surface that prevents sediment accumulation and resists bacterial growth. It is FDA-approved for food contact, Cal Prop 65 compliant, and meets USPVI testing requirements. This makes Freelin-Wade's vinyl tubing ideal for food and beverage, medical, pharmaceutical, and other clean-critical industries.
The factory is fully stocked on PVC tubing and can quickly fill high-volume orders with in-stock tubing.
