Multi-Colored Ribbon (MCR) tubing is a bonded ribbon assembly made from multi-colored Fre-Thane® polyurethane tubing. When routing two or more lines, MCR provides a streamlined solution that reduces installation time while eliminating the need for spiral wrap or additional jacketing.
Freelin-Wade uses a proprietary bonding process that allows each tube to separate cleanly without leaving residue behind, ensuring a secure, leak-free connection with push-in fittings. MCR tubing is a durable and cost-effective option for color coding lines, making identification, tracing, and troubleshooting easier. It is also designed to withstand repeated flexing and stretching, maintaining the same reliable performance as other FW polyurethane tubing.
MCR tubing is offered in a broad selection of standard configurations, with custom options readily available to meet specific application requirements. The unique manufacturing process allows bonding of up to 20 tubes in various combinations of colors, sizes, and configurations.
