Freelin-Wade began manufacturing PU tubing in 1980. Its Fre-Thane® line remains the core product, offering durable, flexible polyurethane tubing for reliable fluid and gas transport.
Dual bonded polyurethane coils are regularly used for transferring fluids and gas products. The multi-tube nature of these products allows for the delivery of increased amounts of fluid or gas without the hassle of larger tubes. Additionally, different types of fluid or gas can also be delivered within the various tubes, which saves space and provides added convenience.
Fre-Thane® single tube coils are also available.
What is Multi-Bore Tubing?
“Multi-bore tubing” is tubing with two or more tubes, or bores, that are extruded together in a single piece; Freelin-Wade offers twin, triple, and quadruple tube multi-bore tubing. Multi-bore tubing is produced as a single extrusion, which provides a sturdier bond between the bores than multi-color ribbon (MCR) tubing. However, this process requires that all bores be produced in a single color. Unlike MCR, Multi-Bore can't be separated cleanly and should not be used with push-in fittings.
